She had the content but needed it arranged. I did this whilst at my placement and could definitley tell the difference with what I had relearned.
I thought about type hierarchy and using different weights of the same typeface.

I read through the text and asked if I could rewrite some parts, because this is written in a really serious, proper tone. Where the audience are creative, music students, so it needed to be a bit younger and make this opportunity sound exciting.
I used Gotham as the main typeface and used the different weights to pick out key information.
The tagline was a happy accident but works on both levels of, this poster wants you to collaborate and listen in on how to. It is still Gotham (Bold) in white because black was too dark and clashed with the image. White makes the whole poster look clean, it makes you look further into the image behind and then should lead the eye down to the smaller print.
